GameShooter2d for Coursera

Base 2dShooter from Coursera with 3 main changes:

- Brand new graphic from spaceship to meteors and GUI

- Remaining Enemies script + GUI text

- Heart object you can grab to increase your lives (with corrisponding text in the GUI)
